KABOB PARTY

I’m not sure about you, but we have been digging the bowl culture these days. The comfort of thoughtfully-marinated-grilled proteins, the blend of both bright fresh and grilled veggies, with creamy handmade spreads atop tasty grains and a splattering of greens?! And most importantly, the bowl has become a vessel for combining cultures into one comforting, beautifully empathetic experience.

Yippee Paella

The Yippee Paella Easter popup combined our love for the Athenian Room’s Kalamata Chicken and our deep respect for Spanish traditions of napping and sharing food with loved ones. What better time of year to share a meal and reflect on the respect and love we have for one another?

STL: Toasted Ravioli

Have you been to The Hill in St. Louis? If you have, then you know.  If you haven’t… well allow us to introduce you to this Mid-western-Italian delicacy.

These toasted raviolis are everything. Ev.er.y.thing. We love to insert meats into carbs and dip them into sauces laced with our finest dreamed-up combinations of fresh ingredients.

These were nothing short of our best foot forward...

Got Super Bowl Plans?!

We made a taco based on each team in the Super Bowl. Then we made a spread to go along with the tacos to impress your friends. Oh, and we made homemade corn tortillas FTW.

The Bengal Taco

BBQ Beef birria (slow roasted beef in guajillo, ancho, and chipotle peppers with a hint of Montgomery Inn’s famous BBQ Sauce), topped with cilantro, pickled carrot and red onion, and monterey jack cheese and a side of BBQ consome.

The Ram-ish Taco

Arabes (marinated and roasted pork shoulder... it's pretty much a Mexican shawarma taco - even the tortillas are special for this one), guacamole, tomato confit, cotija cheese.

Tokyo Biscuit
